How to feed a tennis ball

In this video and article, I will show you how a tennis coach should feed a tennis ball correctly to their students. I will also tell you why it is so important for a tennis coach to feed a ball the right way.

If you have a tennis coach feeding a ball the improper way, you should think about changing your tennis coach to a coach that keeps their eye on you the whole time.

Why?

Because if the coach looks down into their basket or their contact point when feeding balls to you, he/she will not be able to see your whole stroke performance. This way the coach will miss a lot of important information on your tennis stroke. Such as, wrong footwork to the ball, late contact point, or short follow through, and so on.

If you are a tennis coach and are doing these mistakes, go immediately out on the court and practice to look at your students the whole time. I now it feels awkward in the beginning, but you will also notice how much more information you  will be able to absorb on your students strokes. By doing this you will also look more professional, and hopefully make more money.
